HO6 coverage, also called “condo insurance policy,” “personal property coverage” or “contents only coverage” is an insurance policy that covers contents inside an owned condo unit. The HO6 is a separate policy but is needed in addition to a master insurance policy which is shared by all of the unit owners in the building.
